Desert Mob brings together hundreds of artists to celebrate desert culture in the heart of Australia. One of the nation’s oldest Aboriginal art festivals, Desert Mob features an exhibition, symposium and marketplace as well as public programs and satellite events throughout Mparntwe (Alice Springs).

Kindness Festival runs at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct every year and features a wide range of performances, music, stalls, food, games and family activities for the local community.
A community event first and foremost the 2 day event program had a focus on inter generational learning by young Tiwi people, from Tiwi Elders of Tiwi culture through workshops, and performances from weaving, carving and painting to traditional dancing, and singing, as well as bush food demonstrations and cooking.
