From hallmark experiences like BASSINTHEGRASS, Million Dollar Fish, and Parrtjima – A Festival in Light to Territory Day, Red CentreNATS, Supercars, and the Alice Springs Masters Games, our events showcase the unique spirit and culture of the Territory.
In 2025, we are thrilled to add the Australian-exclusive MXGP of Australia to our offerings, further enhancing the Territory’s appeal as a premier destination. Each event is crafted to create lasting memories, boost tourism, and make the Northern Territory a better place through the power of exceptional events.
We also support other Norther Territory events through our Event Funding Program (EFP).

We take great pride in supporting a diverse portfolio of events through our Event Funding Program (EFP) on behalf of the Northern Territory Government.
The EFP has four key focuses:
- Increase economic returns and visitation to the Territory, and showcase the uniqueness of the Territory
- Deliver a year-round event portfolio that supports shoulder and off-peak seasons
- Enhance the liveability of the Territory, with events that are strongly supported by, and demonstrate positive social impact on the community
- Provide opportunities for local businesses to leverage, participate in, and benefit from events
Our funding program supports a wide variety of events, including music festivals, major sporting events and cultural events that drive tourism in the Northern Territory.
